Our dynamic IT team is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical IT Analyst to join our team.
As a Clinical IT Analyst your responsibilities will include:

Providing overall implementation and subsequent application support for Clinical Application implementation projects as they arise.

Developing and overseeing the implementation project activities and milestones.

Evaluating customer workflows, documents and procedures for implementation and developing customised training.

Management of customer expectation and relationships.

Providing customer training.
-
Providing support and issues triage/resolution for customers during implementation and once the site moves to business as usual status.

Support of other project team members for site implementations.
